Whilst significant in terms of the area of land and the number of properties actually involved, the let properties on the two Estates are of secondary importance to the core trading activities of the business.

However for those properties, we aim to provide well managed and maintained accommodation, in the hopes of achieving long-term lets - notwithstanding that, given the number of properties, there is nearly always a "Turn-over of Tenants" or newly built properties available - either for Sale or to Let.
